William Samuel Horneff (aka Wil Horneff born on June 12, 1979, in Englewood, New Jersey) is an American actor. He was the original portrayer of the character Calvin Ferguson, in the PBS Children's show Ghostwriter. He left his portrayal on the show for unknown reasons and was replaced by Joey Shea.

After his quick departure from the show, he made appearance in several movies and televisions shows such as The Sandlot, Ghost in the Machine, The Yearling, Oldest Living, Born to be Wild (which he expressed his talent in American Sign Language), The Shining TV series, Harvest, 2 Little 2 Late, Law & Order, The Handler, The Roost, Alchemy, CSI:NY, House M.D., Dead Tone, A Dance for Bethany and The Longest Swim.
